When I think back to my childhood, books are ever present.  From the first days reading on the sofa with my mum after school, to begging my sister to read the Magic Faraway Tree.  As a tween I would spend hours reading Jacqueline Wilson books or I would stay up all night reading the latest Harry Potter release. 

Books are so intertwined with my childhood memories.  I know that the times have changed, and technology has taken over, but I so want my children to have the opportunity to have the same relationship to books as I had.  However, living in Cyprus means that naturally we do not have the same access to English language books as we would in the UK. 

I therefore started Wonder Books, with a mission to bring the widest selection of English language books to the children of Cyprus.  To think that I can provide the books that will play into your children’s childhood memories is truly humbling. 

As well as the online bookshop, we also offer a monthly book subscription service which makes a lovely gift.  We handpick books suitable to your child’s age and interests, in the hope of introducing you to new authors and expanding your collection.

If you are unable to find a book on our website please do get in touch so we can help – parents, we’re also able to provide non-children’s books so if you’re struggling to find an English title just let us know.
