Isobel loves her school routine. There’s art to enjoy, P.E. games to play, and most importantly, time with her best friend, Lillian.

Everything is just the way it should be. Until one morning… there’s a substitute teacher.

And he does things very differently. Suddenly, Isobel’s perfectly planned day is turned upside down – and she’s just supposed to be fine with it?! Absolutely not. Isobel is NOT happy.

But with a little help from Steve the dog, she begins to discover that change is a part of life and that it might even – sometimes, maybe, possibly – be a good thing.
