You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in to us in the same condition that you received it – unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate the return process please contact us via email: hello@wonderbooks.com.cy copying your order confirmation email.  If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how to process the return and where to send the package to.

Once the returned item is received we will process your refund.  Please note that banks and credit card companies can take several working days to process the transaction. 

We are unfortunately unable to process returns on gift vouchers, sale items, any items using the ‘payment on delivery’ option and books with obvious signs of usage. 

We do not offer exchanges and will only replace issues if they are defective or damaged.  If you notice upon delivery that your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item please contact us so that we can make it right.
